I have been craving a local cheese called Isle of Wight Blue, it’s is creamy, piquant deliciousness, they also do a hard cheese called Gallybagger (a local word for scarecrow) – have a look – http://www.isleofwightcheese.co.uk
I use a wooden chopping board and place the cheese on it (take it out of the fridge for at least half an hour before serving) I add shelled walnuts, olives, jarred roasted peppers and sun blush tomatoes (Aldi), olives, grapes, sliced pears, various crackers, some HM Bread, HM chutney.
Add a glass of wine and some great company (Hubby) – what more could you need…
