This week is one of those which is very emotional, my baby boy goes to Uni on Saturday, and we are in the midst of sorting everything he needs to take – he disagrees that he needs to take his Mum… 😢 Apparently this is frowned upon… 🙄
Anyway, I knew it would be a bit manic this week, so I have a few meals squirrelled away in the freezer, my darling Hubby’s leftover Curries are one of them, enough for the 3 of us and no effort whatsoever.
I put the frozen curry’s into the fridge to defrost slowly overnight, and a bag of pre cooked frozen rice and some of the Flatbreads I made too. Just takes a few minutes to zap in the microwave, Cheaper, better and faster than ordering a takeaway 🎉
We are going to miss him such a lot, but I am proud of him and what a lovely man he has grown into – love ya Max xx. I am proud of all of my 3, they have gone so far in their own ways, Grace looks after those with Dementia, loves spending time with those in her care, and is heading into Management and Jord, my eldest, who was a nightmare when growing up (hyperactive), now works as a boat builder and is such a kind soul – they will be cringing with embarrassment now 😍
Thats enough of my proud Mummy bit, back to nagging youngest and ensuring he has everything 😄
