One of those busy days today so I dug out some curries that have been sat in the freezer for such an occasion 😇
I’m calling it a Thali as there is a variety to use up, Homemade Lamb Balti, Chicken Korma and vegetable Thai green curry, some left over rice, some mango chutney and lime pickle. I have sliced a red onion to ‘pickle’ in Red wine vinegar and a sprinkle of sugar, left to marinate for an hour.
There are some Pappadoms somewhere in the cupboards and I will make some chapatti too.
I am serving Thali style, pick and mix – yummy….
