Sunday mornings are probably my favourite time of the week, coffee in bed, lazy late breakfast and today – a freezer dive dinner 😄
I have liberated the left over beef stew and will serve with
huge Homemade Yorkshire puddings (again, freezer stash) Broccoli that needs using and creamed leeks.
The stew and Yorkshire literally need defrosting and reheating, and cookingthe leeks is easy…
Are from the freezer stash, bought whilst in Aldi super 6, sliced and frozen. I steam them, then toss in a good dribble of double cream, and a teaspoon of grain mustard, a tasty, easy side dish 😇
I,m serving the stew in the Yorkshires, with the veg as sides, a huge Sunday meal with barely any effort – and relax 😉
