As you know, last week a ‘Rubber Chicken’d’ – one of the Chicken, leek and Bacon pies I made was popped into the freezer for an easy meal this week. Rubber Chicken Links
So, not only is this meal convenient, it’s very frugal 😊 Pop the pie into the oven
Then boil a couple of chopped large potatoes till tender, and mash with butter, milk, seasoning till Creamy and smooth.
Simply served with steamed veg (found lurking in freezer) and a slick of gravy.
Just a quick one today – still delicious though 😉
