Two Sunday’s ago we had a gorgeous British boned shoulder of Lamb.
I have made it stretch to another meal a Shepherds Pie for 6 – 9 large meals from £12.50 worth of Lamb 😇
Using my Thermoxmix I took the left over Lamb
Cut it into large chunks and popped into the Thermomix bowl.
Add any leftover veg and Whizz on Turbo for 4 seconds
yes 4 seconds to make mince – I love my Thermomix… you can obviously do this by hand by chopping it all up.
Add leftover gravy
Then mix on reverse for 20 seconds – I then froze ready for today 😇
This is now, almost a ready meal.
I have popped the Lamb mix into one large ovenproof dish and one small one, this is for Youngest as he is working shifts when he is back over the following few days.
Cook some potatoes for Mash and add some veg – not hard 🤣
Into the oven at 180 for 20/30 minutes till golden and bubbling.
Just serving with peas and gravy – done 😊
