Hubby is happy pootling around the garden tending his young Veg plants, I am getting us all ready for work tomorrow.
Dinner is simple, steaks with a few Sweet Potato fries (just a couple) for me and jacket potatoes for Hubby, salad with both
Yougest is working a late shift, 3-10:30, so he will have the Chicken breast BBQ’d yesterday, with new potatoes and salad for lunch, with Tuna Mayo sandwiches, fruit and popcorn for his ‘supper’, Hubby will have same for lunch tomorrow.
I don’t want to turn this blog into a diet blog, so I will just sum up below quickly.
My lunches, as will all of my meals, will be as low carb as possible. Tomorrow’s breakfast (I start very early) will be full fat Greek Yoghurt with a handful of blueberries.
Lunch will be the remaining tuna mayo with some iceberg lettuce leave to use as a wrap – if anyone is cutting back on carbs, lettuce leaves are a brilliant replacement for sliced bread or rolls 😉 Most meals will be protein and salad, with a few ‘treats’ thrown in ie a square or 2 of very dark chocolate, some fresh berries with a little double cream – high fat, low carb – but not obsessively.
Now dinner, Muscle Foods Rump Steak on the BBQ – Hubby has a new love, his BBQ 😉
When it has reached a decent heat, on go the steaks, we like them rare, but as you like it 😋

Serve with a salad, I have gone for a spinach, radish and avocado, and a bit of dolcelatte cheese 😉
